CARF Accreditation
A Commitment to Quality and Continuous Improvement
The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is an independent, nonprofit organization that accredits health and human service providers worldwide. For more than 50 years, CARF accreditation has been recognized as a symbol of quality, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The CARF accreditation process includes a comprehensive on-site survey conducted by experienced peer surveyors who evaluate an organization’s leadership, clinical practices, business operations, and outcomes against internationally recognized standards. Accreditation demonstrates that a provider is dedicated to delivering person-centered, high-quality services while remaining responsive to the needs of clients, families, referral sources, and the community.
Foundations to Healing’s Accreditation
On June 10, 2026, Foundations to Healing proudly earned a Three-Year CARF Accreditation for its:
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Outpatient Program (OP)
Receiving CARF’s highest level of accreditation reflects our commitment to excellence, ethical practices, evidence-based treatment, and continuous quality improvement. It signifies that our programs have met rigorous international standards through demonstrated best practices, measurable outcomes, and comprehensive organizational performance.
At Foundations to Healing, CARF accreditation is more than a designation—it is our promise to provide compassionate, person-centered care while continually striving to improve the services we offer to individuals and families on their recovery journey.
